There are four units that make up MindUP’s curriculum: ‘Getting Focused,’ ‘Sharpening our Senses,’ ‘It’s all About Attitude’ and ‘Taking Mindful Action.’ The Program focuses on four elements to promote positive mental health and wellbeing: neuroscience, social-emotional learning (SEL), positive psychology and mindful awareness.
